The Peoples WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) Tool as featured on James Hoffman’s YouTube channel.

The Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) is a distribution method for espresso making. Using a set of fine needles, the barista stirs the coffee while it sits in the portafilter. The stirring action breaks up any clumps and evens out the density of coffee within the puck. Evenly distributed coffee produces more even extraction resulting in better tasting espresso.

Here at But First Coffee we have been shocked by the noticeable improvement the WDT Tool makes to the extraction and taste of the resulting espresso.

Features:
- 9x 0.35mm x 75mm stainless steel needles
- 3D Printed handle.
- 3D Printed stand.

Material: 3D printed using filament made in NZ from recycled waste plastic by Kiwifil.

Quality: Please note this product is 3D printed and will feature ‘layer lines’ and other minor imperfections from this manufacturing method.

Durability: Your WDT should be kept dry, away from heat and direct sunlight. PLA can become brittle if left in direct sunlight or subjected to high temperatures.
